1. Introduction
We are The BuggyClinic, an independent pushchair repair and servicing specialist based in Swindon, UK. We provide expert cleaning, maintenance, and refurbishment services for pushchairs and baby equipment.
If you are a consumer, “you” or “your” refers to the individual using our services for private, non-commercial purposes.
These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, form the agreement between you and The BuggyClinic and set out the legal terms under which we provide our services.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Please check the latest version before placing an order.

2. Placing an Order
•     Orders can be placed online, in person, or via email.
•     You must provide accurate contact and delivery information.
•     Payments are processed securely via Shopify and Stripe. We do not store or process full card details.
•     Once your order is confirmed, you’ll receive an email with your booking details.
•     If using our courier service, you are responsible for securely packaging your item(s) and ensuring they are ready for collection at the agreed time.
•     We do not guarantee the complete removal of stains or the use of specific cleaning 

products.
•     If no one is available at the collection address, a re-collection fee may apply.
•     We reserve the right to refuse service for items we believe are unsafe to process or outside our repair scope.

3. Collection & Return
•     Collections and returns are available to UK residential addresses.
•     Collection and return times are estimates. We are not liable for courier delays.
•     You are responsible for:
•     Ensuring someone is available during the agreed collection/return window
•     Removing valuables or loose items from your pushchair
•     Packing your item securely
•     Parcel size limits apply:

•     Max length: 100cm
•     Max girth: 230cm (length + 2x width + 2x height)
•     In the event of loss in transit, a courier investigation (up to 4 weeks) will be initiated. Items are insured up to £100 per parcel.

4. Your Items
•     You must own the items you send or have permission to authorise service.
•     We may refuse items not listed on our service menu or deemed unsuitable.

5. Payment & Vouchers
•     Prices are listed on our website or confirmed in your estimate.
•     Collection and delivery fees may be charged separately.
•     All prices include VAT.
•     Vouchers are valid for 12 months, non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged for cash.
•     If payment is not received, we re

serve the right to retain your item(s) until the balance is cleared.

6. Liability
•     You must inspect your item(s) upon return. Any issues must be reported within 72 hours.
•     We are not liable for:
•     Normal wear and tear
•     Colour fading or fabric shrinkage
•     Damage caused by items left inside the pushchair (e.g. pens, snacks, coins)
•     Delays caused by third-party couriers
•     Our liability is limited to the lower of the item’s cost price or current market value.

 

7. Cancellations & Refunds
•     You may cancel your order before work begins. Once servicing has started, refunds may not be available.
•     To cancel, please email info@buggyclinic.com with your order reference.

8. Termination
•     We may terminate service if payment is not received or if terms are breached.
•     You may request return of your item(s) at any time, subject to payment of any outstanding charges.
