Frequently Asked Questions
What Services do you offer?
- We can fix just about any issue you may have with your pushchair – if we support your make/model.
- We can offer you an Express Repair service in which we can fix your pushchair whilst you wait. (subject to parts being in stock)
- We can service and Steam clean your pushchair so that it’s both safe and clean for you and your baby.
- We sell spare parts if you wish to do your own repairs.
- We scrap old pushchairs for parts and can supply parts which you can’t source elsewhere.
What if I do not know what’s wrong with my pushchair?
When your pushchair is bought to us, we will first carry out a free assessment
We will then be able to give you an accurate quotation on what’s wrong with your pushchair and how much it will cost to get it repaired.
If you are unable to bring it to us directly, send us a video of the issue via Whatsapp. We offer out of warranty repairs for most brands including, Cybex, Mamas & Papas, Bugaboo, Egg, Babyjogger, Mountainbuggy, Stokke to name but a few.
How Long Does a Service take?
An express repair is done while you wait subject to the parts being in stock
A Chassis Service takes typically 5 working days to complete
A full valet which includes a service takes up to 7 working days

We currently operate on an appointment only basis
I live too far to bring it in myself, what are my options?
You are welcome to use your own courier to send your pushchair to us, and to pick it up once the repair is complete, we ask that you ensure you pack it correctly as the pushchair we be sent back to you in the packaging you send it to us in.
We can arrange a courier to collect from you, and return it to you once it is finished. The price is dependent how many parcels you are sending us,
We always recommend that you send the pushchair to us in its original box where possible, but if you no longer have this, Large boxes can be bought from various storage companies, you can also use bubble wrap and strong plastic bags. please contact us for recommendations
Couriers typically cost £20 each way for a fully insured service
Do you offer a loan Pram/Pushchair?
We are able to offer a Loan service at the cost of £20 for the duration of your repair/service/valet.
We can offer umbrella stroller that will be suitable from birth which will Normally be a Maclaren in a neutral colour to suit a prince or princess
We have Loan chassis in stock for many bugaboo models which you can use with your own seat units and wheels if your chassis is being repaired
Any Loans are subject to availability and not always available. They do need to be booked at the same time you book in your pram.
How soon will I receive my order?
If the parts are in stock, we post out the same day (providing the order has come to us before 12) Items are posted via royal mail with full tracking. We Monday-Thursday.
Orders received on Friday-Sunday are posted on Monday.
We try not to have any parts for sale that are not in stock, but if the occasion arises and the parts are not currently in stock we will contact you to discuss the situation.
Are all your parts new?
Most of the parts we sell are new.
From time to time we will sell parts that are not available from manufacturers; we obtain them by breaking down new or second-hand pushchairs and refurbishing them. If a part is refurbished this will be clearly stated.
Do you accept returns?
We accept returns on all of our items provided.
All Items are returned in their original packaging in an unused condition.
Parts have not been used
Any custom-made parts or personalised items are not returnable
Return costs will be met by the buyer and you will be refunded for the item in full less any postage costs
Where do I return my items to?
All returns must be sent to our address below, please enclose your order ID and name address with the return

Refurbished Pushchairs
These are sent out via Next day courier and we provide you a 6 month Warranty for defects arising from normal everyday use.
All Refurbished pushchairs we sell are fully cleaned and serviced prior to being sent out.
If I am Having my chassis repaired, do I need to send you the whole pram?
For chassis repairs we ask that you remove all baskets and wheels and send us just the chassis, please ensure you enclose you name and address with your chassis.
If you are sending just a chassis to us the cost is normally £10 each way fully insured
